This document presents the deliverable D1.2 "Analysis and specifications of re-use value chains" of the CarE-Service Project. The deliverable is the work performed under WP1 "Requirements for new business models, services, demonstrators and KPIs", and reports the main outcomes of Task 1.2 "Analysis and technical specifications of re-use value chains". Task T1.2 focuses on the definition of KPIs and metrics with the aim of setting quantitative targets and enable the measurement of project achievements. In order to derive robust requirements addressing real needs for future sustainability, a particular effort has been spent to include all relevant stakeholders that will be involved in the future services, solutions and business models at all supply chain levels. To this purpose, in-depth interviews have been carried out with key-players of the future de-manufacturing value chains (both Consortium partner and members of the project SG) (see Annex I). Starting from the collected information, several potential scenarios have been analyzed and detailed schemes of the three main value chains (batteries, metals and techno-polymers) have been finally defined, as well as process requirements and KPIs. Moreover, particular attention has been posed to the current re-design practices and European laws and directives addressing the end of life of automotive products, in order to identify the limits concretely bounding the market exploitation of CarE-Service results. A dedicated summary/document of the deliverable will be elaborated for public diffusion (D1.5).

Abstract
A dedicated summary/document of the deliverable will be elaborated for public diffusion (D1.5).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
