The technology foresight pilot study: FoMoFo (Four Motor Foresight). Promoted and funded by the European Commission - DG Research, this study aimed to test at regional scale the approach and methodologies of foresight, until then used almost exclusively at national scale. For Lombardy, these exercises involved the silk district of Como and the engineering district of Lecco.
Lo studio pilota di technology foresight: FoMoFo (Four Motor Foresight). Promosso e finanziato dalla Commissione Europea - DG Ricerca, questo studio ha mirato a sperimentare a scala regionale l'approccio e le metodologie del foresight, fino ad allora utilizzati pressoché esclusivamente a scala nazionale. Per la Lombardia tali esercizi hanno interessato il distretto serico di Como e quello metalmeccanico di Lecco
