This report describes the strategy and some preliminary information for sizing, market survey and selection of flanged bellows interfacing the MITICA BLV and the related in-vessel actively cooled components (Neutralizer, Residual Ion Dump and Calorimeter) to the MITICA Cooling Plant. This is a preliminary study, considering estimates of possible positioning misalignments between MITICA Cooling Plant flanges (already positioned on site) and the correspondent ones on the MITICA BLV side wall. The final identification and purchase of suitable bellows will be assessed and finalized only after a new metrology inspection, to be planned after the MITICA BLV installation on site, presently expected within Q2 2020.
