Notification and Service of Documents in National and European Civil Procedures v. 0.6

Updated version of the report "Notification and Service of Documents in National and European Civil Procedures". Notification has been recognised within the e-CODEX project as one of the key factors hampering civil justice cross border procedures and in particular the European order for payment. Building on the data collected through a questionnaire submitted to all e-CODEX partners, this report provides a quick overview on the main features of notification and service of document procedures in 14 European Justice Systems looking at rules an practices applied to national general civil procedure, national payment order and European payment order procedure.
