The present Deliverable, D4.5, illustrates the activity carried out, within Task 4.2 and Task 4.3, in the first 30 months of the project. It provides an overview of the algorithms adopted or developed to analyse time series of continuous environmental variables and demonstrate their applications for selected case study. The techniques collection contributes to the provision of products and tools for the assessment of ecosystem state and changes, which play a key role in ecosystem service assessment.
