The purpose of this work is to present a report of the scientific activities carried out by the Institute of Informatics and Telematics of the National Council of Research, headquarter of Cosenza (IIT - CNR of Cosenza) and highlight the expenses incurred. Specifically, this document describes the activities and detailes the costs incurred during the semester 07/01/2017-12/31/2017 (research progress report n. 4) of the project Realizzazione di servizi e strumenti a favore delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni per l'attuazione del Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico - Agreement between Agency for Digital Italy and National Council of Research Prot. agid.AOO -AgID n. 0021033 of 12/31/2015. Project activities aimed at creating new national services accessible to all the regions and autonomous provinces, in order to guarantee the effective interoperability of the regional Electronic Health Records (whose Italian acronym is FSE) systems. In particular, activities of the semester focused on: realizing a survey on the FSE implementations (WP2); improvement of the FSE interoperability policies (WP4); definition of the preservation model for the digital health-related documents (WP6); other than the technical coordination of the project (WP1). About economic activities, according to the executive plan the maximum total cost of the project for the IIT - CNR of Cosenza in the period 01/01/2017 - 12/31/2017 was set at EUR 542,000.00, with a CNR maximum co-financing of 25%, guaranteed in terms of human and instrumental resources allocated on project activities. The document reports a detailed description of the expenses incurred by the IIT - CNR of Cosenza in the reference period.
