MITICA BEAM SOURCE - Analyses on altrernative design for the SCLW water manifolds

Following the proposal from the Supplier of MITICA BS (Alsyom SEIV (F) and the sub-supplier for manufacturing of Source Case Lateral Walls (SCLW) Cecom srl (I), an alternative design for the SCLW water manifolds was analysed and verified. This document contains the numerical calculations for the comparison of different proposed solutions with an alternative proposal by RFX. These calculations are aimed at making a relative comparison of different geometries under the same conditions. The final assessment of the design change depends on the supplier and should include also considerations about manufacturing process.
