NBTF INVENTORY REPORT

This report is aimed to give the overall list of Items, Plant Systems and Durable Materials fully dedicated to the Neutral Beam Test Facility that have been procured under the NBTF Agreement, either those delivered on site by F4E procurement contracts or procured by Consorzio RFX (CRFX) under the annual work programmes. The overall inventory list is to be considered as a picture of the NBTF status, in terms of installed plant systems and purchased Items, taken at the date of this report and relevant for the closure of the F4E-CRFX Agreement and for the start of the new Agreement between IO and CRFX. Three main lists, namely NBTF ITEMS and PLANT SYSTEMS, BALANCE OF PLANT ITEMS (BoP) and DURABLE MATERIAL (DuM), are presented in the attached file ("Inventory List_20200417.pdf"). The overall content of such a document has been agreed during the last Liaison Committee meetings, and in particular: the DuM list (derived from the CRFX's purchasing office database) contains all the most important items purchased not considering those ones of a value below 5kEUR approximately; the list of NBTF Items and Plant System is almost identical to the one submitted to the Insurance company for the extension of the insurance period, with the addition of a column relevant for the Transfer for Use. The BoP list almost reflects the content of the BoP reports produced over all the WPs (F4E_D_2LCGG4) ignoring the Items of small value or not so relevant for the purpose of this report.
