D9.2 Responsible Innovation and Risk Management System

This document describes the SURPRISE system for Responsible Innovation, Innovation Management and Risk Management (here on in: Responsible Innovation and Risk Management - RI&RM). The Deliverable is connected to other SURPRISE deliverables as follows: oD9.1. Project Implementation and Monitoring Plan: this deliverable includes guidelines that are relevant to the monitoring procedures . oD8.2. Project Reaching the Market work plan: this deliverable includes Innovation Management procedures, which are closely linked to planning and implementation of exploitation within SURPRISE. It is also relevant to work defined and carried out in WP1, related to ethics. The system proposed for RI&RM is based on two main tools: oA Checklist to be completed with each deliverable; oA Risk Assessment matrix and table. The full Checklist is available in D9.1 and as an individual document on OwnClowd. This document contains commented sections of it. The Risk Management tools are available in this document and as an individual document on OwnCloud. Information collected using these two tools are used as a basis for exchange among partners, either during evaluation meetings or at other times during the project if necessary (e.g. virtual meetings).
