CarE-Service is a project funded by the European Commission in the H2020 Framework Program (Grant Agreement n. 776851). It aims at demonstrating new innovative services based on the Circular Economy Business Models concept through the technologically advanced modules of disassembly and test in order to ensure the upgraded and certified End-of-life E&HEV parts of the three-value chain of Battery, Metal and techno-polymers. This report will analyse the operational business model options of Smart Movable Modules (SMMs) within the Work Package 4 "Engineering and development of the Smart Mobile Modules" of the CarE-Service EU project. To this aim, possible ownership scenarios with the probable pros and cons have been identified in which analysing the possible SMMs business model and its interconnections to the business of ICT Platform (studying in Task 6.4). To validate the elaborated business scenarios, a consortium meeting has been organized with the project partners and the results of such a cooperation led to a final SMMs company Business Model with an integration to the ICT Platform. To be noted, the elaborated business model at this report will not restrict the further investigation and future opportunities on the company ownership architecture of these two companies. A new Business Model Canvas of SMMs company structure has been designed, describing the elements that emphasises the validation of such an integration to the ICT Platform company.
