D9.5 Management Report - Second version (to be updated every 6 months until M36)

This deliverable reports the work of task T9.5 on project management and control. Thus, it consists of a progress report including actions carried out in the first twenty-four months of the project aimed at guaranteeing smooth progress of the project form the technical, administrative and financial point of view. In M18 the project was reviewed by the European Commission received recommendations for the second project period, as well as requests to change some project deliverables. After project review, corrective actions to recover some delay and to address review feedbacks started to be implemented (i.e. to take a higher business-oriented approach and to focus on some promising result with higher priority. However, the sudden diffusion of Covid-19 pandemic obliged to stop all development activities and delayed the cooperation process in the partnership. The Consortium will evaluate the new situation in the General Assembly that will take place in June 24-26 in order to assess project delay in more detail and to plan and execute corrective actions.
