D9.6. Risk Management second version

This deliverable reports the work of task T9.3 from month 18 to month 24 of the project. It aims at elaborating and constantly updating a detailed and comprehensive Risk Management Plan. The objective is to ensure the timely identification and management of potential risks that may arise during project realization. Actions identified in the risk response plan are implemented in project management. As it was done for the first updated version of the deliverable, Initial risks were re-assessed and new risks were included. This second version will be up-dated every 6 months until M36. In M18-24 the Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacted on the project and it was the major external factor affecting project activities. At present time, a delay of at least six months for the completion of project activities is estimated. During the next project General Assembly in June 2020 the Consortium will discuss on the progress and difficulties of all activities, also considering the evolution of the impact of pandemic on companies' and RTOs' activities and will decide about the request of extension
