This document presents the deliverable D5.4 "Development, testing and validation of batteries re-use, remanufacturing and recycling solutions" of the CarE-Service Project. The deliverable collects the work performed under WP5 "Development and validation of the technical solutions for component re-use, remanufacturing and recycling", and reports the main outcomes of Task 5.4 "Development, testing and validation of batteries re-use, remanufacturing and recycling solutions". Based on the designs proposed in D5.1, several tests and validations were carried out during this term of the project, in partiular on: robotic solutions for disassembly, battery testing, battery remanufacturing for secondary applications, battery recycling and integretions of processes in the CarE-Service platform.
