STUDY ON PROFILES, TRAINING NEEDS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TEACHER- ENTREPRENEUR (Digital TeacherPreneur) IN ITALY

Digital Entrepreneurship: Innovative Teacher Training (Digital Teacherpreneur) is a project funded by Erasmus Plus as a Strategic Partnership in the field of vocational training to support innovation. It aims at the development, transfer and implementation of innovative practices improving competences and skills of educators in the field of entrepreneurship, particularly in Digital Entrepreneurship. Professionals in education and training who participate in initial and continuous professional development training schemes are the project's main target group/ audience. They should be able to teach future digital entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs who use digital tools to fulfil most of their work, use technology like mobile phones, tablets, mobile apps and other software to perform their job. The Digital Teacherpreneur project wants to help create real new learning facilitators. This document (IO1)is based on a study aiming at the definition of a professional profile, the profile of the "Digital Teacher-Entrepreneur" and training needs during his/ her career. It identifies key characteristics of an efficient entrepreneurship learning facilitator.

Il progetto "Digital Entrepreneurship: Innovative Teacher Training" (Digital Teacherpreneur) è finanziato dal Programma Erasmus Plus come partenariato strategico nel campo della formazione professionale per supportare l'innovazione. Il suo obiettivo è lo sviluppo, il trasferimento e l'implementazione di pratiche innovative per migliorare le competenze e le abilità degli educatori nel campo dell'imprenditorialità, ed in particolare dell'imprenditorialità digitale (Digital Entrepreneurship). Il principale gruppo target del progetto sono i professionisti dell'istruzione e della formazione che partecipano a programmi di formazione iniziale e continua e che saranno formati per diventare insegnanti dei futuri imprenditori digitali, ovvero imprenditori che usano strumenti e tecnologie digitali per svolgere la maggior parte del loro lavoro, come telefoni cellulari, tablet, mobile apps e altri software. Il progetto Digital Teacherpreneur intende aiutare a creare nuovi facilitatori dell'apprendimento. Questo documento (Intellectual Output 1 - IO1) si basa su uno studio finalizzato alla definizione di un profilo professionale, il profilo del "Digital Teacher-Entrepreneur" (docente di imprenditorialità digitale) e del suo fabbisogno formativo durante la sua carriera.
