The Deliverable 7.1 is the the Management handbook of the H2020 Project CLIC - CIRCULAR MODELS LEVERAGING INVESTMENTS IN CULTURAL HERITAGE ADAPTIVE REUSE . The project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 776758. Call H2020-SC5-2017-OneStageB submitted for H2020-SC5-22-2017 / 07 Mar 2017 . The overarching goal of CLIC trans-disciplinary research project is to identify evaluation tools to test, implement, validate and share innovative "circular" financing, business and governance models for systemic adaptive reuse of cultural heritage and landscape, demonstrating the economic, social, environmental convenience, in terms of long lasting economic, cultural and environmental wealthis the operational plan containing the description of the project management procedures, structure and roles and responsibilities of the parties involved, inclusive of monitoring and evaluation plan and risk management plan. The Management handbook, monitoring and evaluation plan and risk management plan is the operational plan containing the description of the project management procedures, tasks and structure and roles and responsibilities of the parties involved, inclusive of Management and Evaluation Plan and Risk Management Plan. Such deliverable is the document which details explicitly and formally all management aspects, i.e. which defines and details those people and committees and their roles, the tools to be used in the project, the agreed rules, methods, means to be applied or used for managing it.
