It reports the inventory and the technical specifications of the components procured for the neutron diagnostic in SPIDER. The document also reports on the installation, the tests performed and the final commissioning. It complements the final report of the neutron diagnostic in OFC-531-01, which had in its scope only a set of subsystems, not the entire diagnostic.
