During the health emergency linked to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the research group of the International Laboratory "The city of children" conducted a study entitled "# IORESTOACASAE ..." which involved both the mayors and the children of the Councils of the national network. The research was born with a twofold objective, on the one hand to understand if and how the Mayors of our Italian network involved children during this period of health emergency and, on the other hand, to give voice to the children themselves, analyzing their status emotional linked to this situation and gathering their ideas, their thoughts and proposals. The results obtained from our research highlight how children and young people have particularly suffered from boredom and the lack of friends during the weeks spent at home. As for the experiences of the Councils of children and young people, it emerged that most were not consulted or met during the quarantine, preventing the councilors from expressing their opinion on the situation they were experiencing and their state of soul linked to the health emergency. These and other results are detailed in the final report.
Durante l'emergenza sanitaria legata alla diffusione del virus COVID-19, il gruppo di ricerca del Laboratorio Internazionale "La città dei bambini" ha condotto uno studio dal titolo "#IORESTOACASAE..." che ha visto coinvolti sia i sindaci che i bambini dei Consigli della rete nazionale. La ricerca nasce con un duplice obiettivo, da una parte capire se e in che modo i Sindaci della nostra rete italiana hanno coinvolto i bambini durante questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria e, d'altra parte, dare voce agli stessi bambini, analizzando il loro stato emotivo legato a questa situazione e raccogliendo le loro idee, i loro pensieri e le proposte. I risultati ottenuti dalla nostra ricerca mettono in luce come i bambini e i ragazzi abbiano sofferto particolarmente la noia e la mancanza degli amici durante le settimane trascorse a casa. Per quanto riguarda le esperienze dei Consigli dei bambini e dei ragazzi, è emerso che la maggior parte non è stato consultato né si è riunito durante la quarantena, impedendo ai consiglieri di esprimere la propria opinione sulla situazione che stavano vivendo e il loro stato d'animo legato all'emergenza sanitaria.
