Struttura e progetto del calcolatore Topi

TOPI is a speciai purpose computer for boolean analysis and synthesis, whose applications and algorithms have been extensively discussed in other papers. Among the goals proposed in realizing this computer, was an attempt to verify the feasibility and usefulness of a method for automatically designing digital systems. In this paper the structure of the computer and the method of design which has been employed are discussed and some conclusions are reported.
