This deliverable is D.2.1. Feasibility Report of the EXEC project. It is dedicated to the analysis of existing and potential legal, technical and organisational issues that could somehow affect the full implementation of the EIO in the EU MS and consequently the exchange of electronic evidence in Europe. More specifically, this deliverable falls under the objective of WP2 aiming at identifying and finding solutions to overcome legal and technical obstacles that might be there in the participating Member States and that might hamper the full and successful roll-out of the EIO Directive.
