The final release of the D1.3 is a summary of the on implementation of collaboration mechanisms along the projects and it reports: ? Key outputs of six workshops attended by partners of the project, experts, and key external stakeholders in the context of the NEXT-NET project implementation process, from September 2018 to December 2019; ? Key outputs of two outreach actions, i.e. workshops attended by partners of the project, co-organised with other organisations; ? Key discussion points from the Advisory Board meetings; ? key points on the creation of the expert community and future steps to keep this community alive after the project end
