Abstract
A mathematical style of description of simulation models is introduced as an alternative to more traditional methods, like flowgraphs and programming lanquaqes, which are less suited to represent the system at intermediate levels of development of the model. Understandability of the model, machine generation of simulation code and proof of correctness are at least three reasons in favour this approach. A general modeling criterion is outlined and applied to a specific case study.File in questo prodotto:
