This document is the result of a research activity performed in the framework of the COSME project FoodPackLab2, addressing India and South Africa market in the agrifood sector. One important activity of the project was the organization of meetings: the starting date of the project was 01/09/2020. We thus had to study and to re-design the modality of face-to-face meetings, in particular b2b meetings, in order to cope with pandemic spread, social distancing, travelling restrictions. The document refers in particular to the European environment and focuses on Italian situations.
