D7.2 First report on setup of CoE governing bodies, infrastructure, KPI definitions, IPR implementation

The deliverable summarises the governing bodies, the management structures and procedures, the service catalogue, the communication plan and a first draft of the KPIs. It includes the implementation (i) of an effective MaX governance structure, and support to the governing boards, (ii) of a target- and result-oriented, efficient management structure of MaX; regarding also the management of risk and IP issues, and (iii) of infrastructure services for MaX activities. An effective internal and external communication was planned.
