Present document addresses the specification of New AM solutions for MAD body fitting parts, as output of the task T5.3 "Novel machine for local additive manufacturing of MAD body fitting parts". The document is structured as follows: o Section 2 addresses the MovAiD project, the introduction to deliverable and its objectives o Section 3 includes the Product Analysis, from the point of view of its implications on the machine for body contacting parts. Exoskeletons applications are analysed with respect to production workers (Industrial application), the elderly (Healthcare application) and children with neuromuscular diseases (Healthcare application). Further to this, MAD (body fitting parts) are analysed with respect to orthosis as neighbouring application. o Section 4 includes the process analysis, from the point of view of its implications on the machine for body contacting parts. Different additive manufacturing technologies, typologies and architectures of 3D printers and related type of material are presented o Section 5 describes machine specification, in terms of: o Printing Volume o Machine Structure o Overall Quality & Resolution o Heated Bed o Extrusion system o Issues related to automation system o Section 6 contains the document conclusions
