This document gives a general overview of the SHERPA project's Pedagogical Innovation Assistant Toolkit Version 1 (PTK). Ultimately, this toolkit is intended to help schools formulate their own action plan for innovation, based on the outcome from their specific SELFIE self-reflection process. The aim is to enhance that process by providing structured support through the phases of designing, implementing, evaluating and refining a digital action plan. In this way it should help the school address its specific needs as part of the general effort to develop its digital competence. This summary document briefly describes the grounding and objectives of PTK V1, then goes on to illustrate its structure, function and potential contents, as presently envisaged in the Erasmus+ SHERPA project.
