The aims of this interlaboratory comparison are: 1. validation of a fingerprinting NMR method for identi- fication of varietal origin of wine grapes; 2. quantification of selected metabolites in wine grape juices; 3. testing of suitability of Qp-score in laboratory perfor- mance assessment. Results reported in this volume support the validation of the fingerprinting method (point 1). Concerning points 2 and 3, results will be presented and discussed in peer reviewed journals as scientific committee deemed an international re- view process appropriate before publication of the interesting findings.

Abstract
The aims of this interlaboratory comparison are: 1. validation of a fingerprinting NMR method for identi- fication of varietal origin of wine grapes; 2. quantification of selected metabolites in wine grape juices; 3. testing of suitability of Qp-score in laboratory perfor- mance assessment. Results reported in this volume support the validation of the fingerprinting method (point 1). Concerning points 2 and 3, results will be presented and discussed in peer reviewed journals as scientific committee deemed an international re- view process appropriate before publication of the interesting findings.File in questo prodotto:
