The present document reports about the delivery of a "tool for technical and financial progress evaluation". The Consortium decided to use a framework of lightweight instruments to facilitate communication, cooperation and evaluation of progresses. They include a technical dashboard for monitoring on-going actions and milestones, a financial dashboard for monitoring the financial effort, some collaborative editing tools and shared folders.
