MINKE D4.4 Report on Stakeholder Engagement

Deliverable 4.4 "Report on Stakeholder Engagement" reports on the stakeholder engagement activities performed by the MINKE consortium, in particular focusing on the stakeholder analysis, strategy, methodology and action to engage them. After an introduction, D4.4 is structured in the following four paragraphs with at the end some conclusions: ? 2. Overview of stakeholder engagement: it overviews the engagement process and the different steps to be followed. ? 3. Stakeholder and end user identification and mapping: it identifies and maps the different stakeholder categories. ? 4. Strategy to engage stakeholders: it depicts the strategy for engaging stakeholders. ? 5. Actions and tools to engage the MINKE stakeholders: it defines the actions and the tools to concretely engage the MINKE stakeholders. The stakeholder strategy and the engagement activities will be regularly monitored to evaluate and identify areas for improvement for future steps in the engagement effectiveness.
