The CLIC project reached all 11 objectives and targets foreseen in the Grant Agreement. This Deliverable provides detailed information on how the objectives of the CLIC research were reached, in relation to the Deliverables submitted and the activities implemented. The CLIC project performance can be considered very high as it reached the objectives and targets foreseen, despite the difficulties occurred during its implementation, mostly related to Covid- 19 pandemic in 2020-2021, and to slight changes in the composition of the Consortium and Work Plan. CLIC had a remarkable impact especially regarding the "cultural" perspective of the circular economy, enlarging its scope from tangible aspects (materials, energy, wastes, water) to include also intangible aspects in the circular metabolism assessment of cultural heritage adaptive reuse. The cultural impact of CLIC in many sectors and disciplines was recognized internationally at the Final Conference of the project held in September 2021, while another important aspect of the research is related to the development of new methods and tools for circular business activity, financing and governance of cultural heritage adaptive reuse. The experimentation of CLIC in the pilot cities and regions (Salerno - Italy; Rijeka - Croatia; Västra Götaland region - Sweden; Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam - Netherlands) resulted in concrete projects and changes in the decision- making processes towards "circular procurement" and the recognition of the role of cultural heritage for circular cities and territories, with an impact in the local "mindset" which is hard to be "measured" but remains clear for those who participated in the research. Local communities were activated and will continue their actions following the Local Action Plans still after the formal end of the research. Thus, CLIC contributed to advance the theoretical-philosophical ground of the circular economy in Europe and internationally, thanks to the brilliant work of prof. Luigi Fusco Girard and all partners involved who contributed to develop and experiment the initial concept and approach and contributed as well to the advancement of scientific research and real context practice towards circular models for cultural heritage adaptive reuse.
