NAF Web Platform - Nathaniel Adamczyk Foundation: User Interface Specification and Mock-up screens

The aim of this document is to present the main mock-up screens and the user interface specification for the Nathaniel Adamczyk Foundation web platform (NAF platform). All the described screens have been agreed with NAF responsible and supervised by Prof. M. N. Liebman (Contract Code IFC Prot.N. 0004050, 02/07/2015). At the end of the the mock-up screen production and after having consolidated them, the web system will be implemented. Primary objectives are: the centralization of data from hospitals and universities (including the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing) which collect data from pediatric patients suffering from pARDS (pediatric Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome); the use of these data through a dedicated web platform, which allows the creation / management of patient cohorts starting from standardized and anonymized data, for the study of the characteristics of the cohorts and disease patterns through Network Analysis techniques.
