This report aims to describe some disease models designed and implemented through Social Network Analysis methodologies (SNA). Each of the model investigates single function: Spleen, Kidney, Liver and Blood Function respectively. In order to have some preliminary result from each function, a maximum of 10 variables were selected in order to run crosstabs able to reproduce a surrogate database. Then, SPSS syntaxes were built (one for each study) and run remotely from data owner The output was sent to IFC-CNR for the elaboration, and the creation of the surrogate database with baseline and followup (at 24 weeks) characteristics, constituting the base for the SNA analysis. The resulting graphs and centrality indexes are presented in this report.
