L'attività di ricerca è svolta nell'ambito degli Studi Socio Economici della fusione di EUROfusion

As a follow up to the work carried out in 2019 of Twitter scraping to collect tweets about fusion in five European languages (English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, and Polish), in 2020 the team revisited the database and performed some recoding, as well as new analyses. The analysis of representations of fusion in social media, in particular online social networks, can give access both to institutional representations (content uploaded by fusion organisations) and to individual representations (content uploaded by citizens), to different kinds of content (text, images, videos), to quantitative information (who is posting, when, where, how many posts) and to qualitative data (what is being said about fusion). This report focus on the tweets about fusion by type of author and on the metaphors about fusion present in some tweets.
