The tests' objective was to characterize the dynamic behaviour during grinding wheel dressing on different Ghiringhelli centerless grinding machines, focusing on the horizontal dressing unit (X axis, that dresses grinding wheel one). The main process parameters are reported in Table 1. Several measurements have been performed in Bosch Nuremberg February 22-23, 2022 on machines C873, C624 and C906.
