Based on the technological developments in task 5.5 "Development, testing and validation of metal parts re-use and remanufacturing solutions" we finalize the work on the technologies and create demonstrators in every development route within the metal parts re-manufacturing research. For sheet metal parts it was shown how the technology could be shortened, to save the trimming process in future. In this way, we can save also money and time in the re-manufacturing process. The "de-joining" technology was now adapted to real parts, which brings some of difficulties, because of the accessibility of some geometries. Some more investigations are necessary in future projects using this technology. For showing the effectiveness of the data storage system by RFID was made a video, which show how easy to adapt the chip and to write and read it via mobile phone. Moreover, in this draft features related to the cloud based platform namely ICT Platform to sell and buy remanufactured, recycler parts are described. In the end the economic simulation of the demonstrated results of remanufacturing metal parts show the sustainability of such development. For this value chain there is also LCA analysis that separately reported on D7.8 in detail about the environmental beneftis of such demonstrations.
