D9.5 - Management Report - third version

This deliverable reports the work of task T9.5 on project management and control. It summarises actions carried out in the project aimed at guaranteeing smooth progress from the technical, administrative and financial point of view. After M18, the project was reviewed by the European Commission received recommendations for the second project period, as well as requests to change some project deliverables (in February 2019). Right after project review, the pandemic situation affected the project. Corrective measures were defined and, in alignment with the European Commission, a second amendment procedure was implemented to extend the project duration of six months and to modify the grant agreement to implement corrective measures. Overall, despite the negative impacts of the pandemic, implemented project and risk management procedures allowed to achieve the planned goals without significant deviations.
