D9.6. Risk Management third version

This deliverable reports the work of task T9.3 from month 18 to the end of the project. It aims at elaborating and constantly updating a detailed and comprehensive Risk Management Plan. The objective is to ensure the timely identification and management of potential risks that may arise during project realization. Actions identified in the risk response plan are implemented in project management. As it was done for the first updated version of the deliverable, Initial risks were re-assessed and new risks were included. Thanks to the risk management system that have implemented, the side-effects of the COVID to the project were diminished to some extend resulted from implementation actions that have foresaw during the project execution. More specifically, after the amendment of the project and modifications applied to each task, the risks that might impact to the finalization of the project were identified and possible action plans to mitigate them have proposed at the consortium level. The table with identified risk for the period of M30 to M42 is updated in the annexes and the most recent ones are indicated in the red colours
