This deliverable consists of a report including the plan to address side effects and market awareness. Based on results of risks and side effects of new services and business models was systematically identified, in this tasks, factors that may limit the exploitation and diffusion of results will be addressed through the planning of dedicated actions, including the proposal of eventual incentive schemes. Such actions was mainly oriented to communicate and prove the advantages of solutions developed in the project (adapted price plan, development of new business models, technical test...) in order to convince potential stakeholders to adopt them. They include - On-purpose organized workshops/demonstrations, - Visits to Associations and key-companies, - Specific media kits (press-release, picture libraries, videos, etc.) that can be re-used by journalists (specialized or generalists), - Workshop with local authorities, - Combined with multiple social channels activities. Particular attention was devoted to remove factors that may limit consumers' acceptance of the developed solutions.
