Are you interested in monitoring the institutionalisation of RRI in your organisation? You can use the HubIT assessment tool. Organisations that are interested in adopting and institutionalising RRI need to assess the evolution of this process. The HubIT RRI organisation monitoring tool is a tool for collecting and visualising data on the status of the RRI and their implementation during the time and according to the key measurable success indicators. Indeed, the tool enables to set qualitative or quantitative indicators to assess the RRI institutionalisation within the organisation, collect data, and visualise them using scorecards to clearly observe the evolution for the RRI adoption. The tool is available online at: https://www.hubit-project.eu/assessment-toolbox, clicking on "The HubIT Assessment Tool for RRI by Organization / Project" button. The tool provides 3 different levels of access: simple user, manager and supervisor. Each organisation can choose one or more supervisors, that can manage the RRI status and survey. Indeed, users can add indicators, defining them on the basis of measures set for checking the RRI improvement status. Each organisation can appoint one or more supervisors that can define new indicators to the RRI page, defining them based on measures set for checking the RRI improvement status. For each quantitative indicator, supervisors can also establish targets to be reached in the time. Regarding survey management, they can create surveys and manage them. Moreover, supervisors can add questionnaire items to each survey to model the survey's objective. Each organisation can also choose one or more managers that can fill the RRI indicators for his/her organisation. Data can be visualised using scorecards. The simple user can visualise the status of each RRI and its implementation and inspect the information related to the key measurable success indicators.

Abstract
The simple user can visualise the status of each RRI and its implementation and inspect the information related to the key measurable success indicators.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
