Customizable Conference Room - Design Guidelines

Designing a conference room suitable for various types of events (e.g. conferences, workshops, classes, seminars, etc.) is a complex task and requires not only a specificknowledge of the different multimedia technologies and components to be used, but also a high ability to analyze all possible use case scenarios.The guidelines presented in this document aim at helping conference room designers in building up an adequate multimedia infrastructure. Moreover, they focus on choosingthe right technologies to adopt, saving implementation time and optimizing project costs.
