This document presents a collection of Earthquake Environmental Effects (EEEs) triggered by the Mw 6.81 ± 0.10 (Rovida et al., 2020) Irpinia-Basilicata Earthquake occurred on 23rd November 1980; I0 MCS/MSK: X (Postpischl et al., 1985); I0 ESI: X (Porfido et al., 2007; Serva et al., 2007). Data derive from original and new field surveys, published reports and papers. For each site where an EEE has been documented, the following information are provided: o Latitude and longitude; o Locality, i.e., geographic place where the EEE occurred; o EEE type; o Description of the observed effect; o Local intensity assessed using the ESI-07 (Environmental Seismic Intensity) scale; o Photographic documentation; o Reference (Only the main reference bibliography for each EEE is included in the forms; the complete consulted bibliography is contained in the Reference section of this appendix).
