Book Conservation. One Philosophy - Many Interpretations

The book addresses the diversity with which the common restoration theory and philosophy that has been valid in Europe for half a century is interpreted with contributions from around 20 European countries. This makes cultural and intellectual influences in different cultural regions of Europe visible and open to discussion in what at first glance appears to be a uniform specialist field.
