The FORTHEM Digital Academy offered this second edition of the Fostering Educators' Digital Competence course as part of the "Teach the Trainer" program on educators' digital competence. In this second training, pedagogical skills are combined with technological skills to support them to face the contemporary challenges of teaching in a rapidly changing and high-tech world, responding to the emerging needs of 21st-century learners. This second training was organized by the University of Palermo (UNIPA) that commissioned the course design, development, and implementation to the Italian National Research Council - Institute for Educational Technology (ITD-CNR). This report describes in detail the learning path experience of this second course. After a brief introduction on the course learning objectives, contents, and implementation, the report summarises the main elements that emerged in the light of the participants' levels of involvement in the course activities, and their final remarks. Finally, the strengths of the course and areas of improvement that should be considered in the design of the third edition of the course are listed.
