The EO-UPTAKE project aims to promote the development and dissemination of skills related to the Copernicus Programme for Earth Observation, (EO), and competence usage, i.e. UPTAKE, enhancing integration with local databases and supporting innovative applications. The research project is intended to respond to different user requirements for data access and use, therefore strengthening the competitiveness of the Ligurian Region through a new integrated strategy for increasing interactions between science and tertiary sector, research, and innovation.

Abstract
