According to the draft Corporate Grant Agreement1 (CGA), the consortium can be composed by: beneficiaries o affiliated entities (linked to a beneficiary) o other participants involved in the action, which are: o Associatedpartners(newinHEU,entitieswhichcooperatewithabeneficiary) o Thirdpartiesgivingin-kindcontributionstotheaction(freeofcharge) o Subcontractors o Recipientsoffinancialsupporttothirdparties Through this paper the APRE Working Group on Legal and Financial Issues would like to give examples and practical suggestions on the new approach promoted by the EC regarding the Consortium Participants involvement, with the aim of ensuring continuity of the well-established and functioning models implemented during the H2020 Framework Programme.
