Towing-tank propulsive experiments for a planing hull equipped with a YAMAHA Outboard Type Propulsor (briefly named POD) are presented. The tests developed over a period of six years, in four campaigns. Measurements with POD in open water conditions were also performed and used to carry out the uncertainties analysis.
