The present deliverable reports the implemented software framework for the supervision of the Smart Thermal Energy grid. In particular, starting from the specifications defined within the deliverable 7.2a, a software environment have been developed, including: - a modelling environment developed in python language, where constraints and objective functions are defined and customized - an application interface to Gurobi solver, used to calculate the optimal solution of the mixed integer programming problem integrating generation unit commitments and power dispatch control over the thermal energy network. - A user friendly human machine interface, developed on top of Movicon HMI, enabling end-user interaction with the software without specific knowledge on mathematical programming, optimization and python programming. In particular, the overall optimization framework, during run-time execution, operates as a service of the Movicon HMI application.
