The Deliverable 7.5 reports the application of Daedalus technologies on the STIIMA-CNR de-manufacturing process. The plant represent a pilot plant for advanced remanufacturing and demanufacturing of mechatronic products. The overall process is characterized by a modular and flexible architecture, in order to enable agile reconfigurability to target changing production needs. In particular, the project demonstration focused the flexible conveyor system aimed to move the pallets across the operating stations. To such an aim, a distributed control application based on IEC61499 have been developed. Besides, a dedicated function block (named Orchestrator FB) aimed at calculating the optimal path routing of pallets have been developed by exploiting the Daedaus SDK for model predictive control. Then a simulation model of the conveyor line have been developed and integrated.

Abstract
Then a simulation model of the conveyor line have been developed and integrated.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
