The objective of this thesis was to explore the role of A-to-I RNA editing in TAA pathogenesis. We analyzed ADAR1 and ADAR2 expression in TAA samples at both RNA and protein level and to correlate their expression with patient's clinical features in order to identify ADARs enzyme as possible future prognostic factors and therapeutic targets for TAA patients.

Abstract
