In this work, a 2-way WRF multiple domain model, named MoSarT, for weather forecasting over the Sardinia region (Western Mediterranean), was setup and run in forecast mode at 9, 3 and 1 km of spatial resolution (d1, d2 and d3 respectively). Two different setup for what concerns the PBL were run, in order to identify the condition on which the two, a local and a non-local scheme, were better performing over the region.
