This document is part of deliverable D2.3 of the Specific Contract F4E-OFC-531-01 – Neutral Beam Test Facility Diagnostics, Task Order No.1: SPIDER Diagnostics #1. It reports the inventory and the technical specifications of the components procured for the laser absorption spectroscopy diagnostic in SPIDER. The report also contains information about the experimental setup used to commission the diagnostic in the PRIMA CAesium oven Test Stand (CATS). At last, the document reports the tests performed on the single components and on the whole diagnostic, as installed in CATS.
